MATT FREWER Birthdate: 4 January 1958 Birthplace: Washington D.C., USA. Known for many on-screen roles, Frewer is also an accomplished voice actor. Probably best known for the role of Max Headroom in "Max Headroom" (1987), Frewer has also provided the voices of Panic in both the movie and television series of "Hercules" (Movie-1997, Series-1998) and The Pink Panther in "The Pink Panther" (1993).
