French composer and keyboard artist Jean-Henri d'Anglebert (1635-1691) served as organist to the Duke of Orléans and to the Jacobins and succeeded Chambonnières as ordinaire de la chambre du Roy pour le clavecin in 1662. Along with his own original works, he made keyboard transcriptions of Lully's works.
