Aidan Gillen (*1968) was born as Aidan Murphy and is Irish by nationality. He has been acting on screen since 1987, mostly in TV films and series. His best known part is for sure Stuart Alan Jones in BBC's TV series about gay life - "Queer as Folk" (1999-2000). He has also appeared as Carver Doone in TV series "Lorna Doone" (2000) and as Puttnam in "My Kingdom" (2001).
