Talented actress best known for two famous "dumb blonde" characterizations: Doris Attinger in Adam's Rib (1949) and Billie Dawn in Born Yesterday (1950). Judy also appeared in the movie and stage musical play, Bells are Ringing (1960). She played mostly comedic roles on film and in the theatre, but also had a serious recording career with several successful albums in the early 1960s.
