Ian Kelsey - British actor, born 17th December 1966, York, North Yorkshire. Trained at the Joseph Rowntree Theatre York, and The Guildford School of Music and Theatre. Best known TV work - 'Emmerdale Farm' (1993-96) as Dave Glover, and 'Casualty' (1999-2002) as Dr. Patrick Spiller.
