Elizabeth Taylor (1932 - ) British born leading lady who was evacuated to Hollywood during World War II, and began as a child actor with MGM. Has had nine husbands so far, including Richard Burton and Eddie Fisher. She was made a Dame in the 1999 New Year's Honours List.
