Dr Frederick Lenz, Rama, was an enlightened teacher who taught a combination of Buddhism, Mysticism and Hinduism from the early 1970's until his death in 1998. Rama dedicated his life to the proposition that Westerners in a fast-paced modern world can achieve spiritual enlightenment, without religious ceremony, through meditation, mindfullness and related spiritual practices.
