You will need Devanagri fonts installed to view most of the web-sites. Most of the sites listed have instructions on installing related fonts.
The names and descriptions of the sites and sub-categories are in transliterated format. The descriptions for the categories are given in English to aid in interpretation.
We will not be using Devanagari fonts at DMoz till the support for Devanagai fonts is available uniformly and seamlessly across most of the platforms and browsers.
